This policy describes data processed by NourSign, a digital signage platform for retail points of sale, when the application is installed on professional screens, through the associated administration interface and on the noursign.com website.

Data Controller

Data Collected

NourSign equips professional screens displaying content managed by an administrator (retailer, brand). The application does not target the general public and collects no data on screen viewers. Two categories of data are processed:

• Screen data: unique device identifier (serial number / DUID), IP address, network status and technical usage logs (startup, errors, last connection).
• Administrator account data: email address, name, password (stored encrypted, never in plain text) and last login date, for people managing content from the administration interface.

Purpose of Processing

• Provisioning and remote screen management (pairing, content updates).
• Distribution of content programmed by the administrator (products, prices, promotions, media).
• Technical diagnostics and screen network supervision (offline detection, command logs).
• Authentication and access control for the administration interface.

Legal Basis

Processing is based on the legitimate interest of UFSOLUTIONS, publisher of NourSign, and its clients to operate and secure the screen network, as well as the execution of the contract binding UFSOLUTIONS to the retail client for administrator accounts.

Data Retention

Screen and account data are retained as long as the screen or account remains active on the platform, then deleted within a reasonable timeframe after deactivation. Technical logs are retained as long as needed for diagnostics, then purged.

Data Sharing

Data is neither sold, rented, nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It is hosted in France (Paris) by Hostinger, which acts as a technical subcontractor strictly for service operation.

This website uses no cookies, no analytics tools and no third-party services: fonts are served from our own servers. Like any web server, it records the IP address, date and requested page in its technical logs, solely for security and proper operation of the service.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, any person has the right to access, correct, delete and object to their data. To exercise these rights, contact contact@noursign.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
